Our firm represented a man charged with Penal Code 243(a). In this matter no early resolution could be reached so the case went to trial. At the conclusion of the proceedings the jury was unable to return a verdict of guilty, therefore the judge declared a mistrial and we were able to achieve our client’s desired disposition.
