Our client was charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm. In response, our firmed filed a 1538.5(Motion to Suppress Evidence) to challenge the admission of the illegally obtained evidence. After listening to the witnesses and hearing final arguments the court ruled in our client’s favor, Case Dismissed.
